Gabriel A. Magraner Ortiz, Esq., is a dedicated attorney from Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and comes from a family of legal professionals—including his father, a retired judge who served with distinction on the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
His practice centers on intellectual property, entertainment law, civil, and criminal litigation, with a particular commitment to defending the creative and commercial interests of artists, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Before pursuing a career in law, Gabriel Magraner enjoyed a vibrant musical journey, spending much of his adult life as a professional musician, recording with local artists and touring internationally with the acclaimed Puerto Rican progressive metal band Puya. His transition from the stage to the courtroom allows him to connect authentically with clients working at the intersection of creativity and commerce, offering more than just legal guidance, but genuine understanding and tailored counsel.

Zulmarie Alverio Ramos is a prominent professional in the legal and educational fields Puerto Rico. With more than 20 years of experience as a book editor and of numerous publications on legal and educational topics, she has also served as a legal advisor for judges at the Puerto Rican Judicial Academy. Her career includes nearly a decade as an assistant prosecutor in the Department of Justice, in addition to her work as an educator and lecturer on legal and human rights issues, demonstrating her commitment to equity and social justice.
